Our bar program is led by Director of Bar Services Michael Caraballo, a hospitality professional with more than 15 years of industry experience. Michael spent five years working at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and has developed his craft throughout a variety of high-end cocktail bars across the Chicagoland area. His expertise lies in creating high-touch cocktails, developing balanced beverage menus, and guiding clients toward signature selections that complement their event, cuisine, season, and personal style.

Each package can be personalized with signature cocktails, custom cocktail names, printed bar menus, sparkling-wine service, curated wine upgrades, expanded beer selections, and elevated nonalcoholic beverages.

A successful bar requires far more than someone standing behind it. Our team considers the complete flow of service—from guest count and event duration to beverage quantities, bar placement, ice requirements, mixers, garnishes, equipment, glassware, refrigeration, and venue logistics.
For venues without an established bar, we can provide the infrastructure necessary to create a polished and functional service environment. Depending on the needs of the event, this may include portable bars, beverage equipment, coolers, ice, mixers, garnishes, glassware coordination, setup, breakdown, and professional staffing.
